If you use the contacts page of this website and send us your data this Privacy Policy relates to this data, we only ask for data we need and do not keep longer than we have to. We respect your privacy and will not disclose any personal information or information about your business, to any organisation other than our own (Suttons Performance Packaging) unless we are legally obliged to.

When you use our website and complete the Contact Us page we will collect the following personal data about you:

phone number and your enquiry
Through our cookies we also collect - IP Address/ MAC address when you use this website.

We need your name and contact details in order to answer your enquiry and we process this data as part of legitimate interest. We need your IP address and MAC address for security reasons. We will hold your personal data that we have collected in order to answer your enquiry for six weeks, in case you have additional queries.

We will send you appropriate marketing information and newsletters when you consent for us to do so. You have the right to unsubscribe to marketing at any time. If you do choose to unsubscribe, we will keep your name and email address on a suppression list so that we don’t email you again by accident.

We do not use any automated decision making with your data.
