We are approved suppliers to the NHS, HMPS and UK Police forces.

All of our mats are manufactured by Kay-Metzeler and tested to BS 1892-3: 2003 “HIGH HAZARD” Classification, PVC covered and available in a range of colours.

NHS Trust Ashworth Hospital, Merseyside, Management of Violence and Aggression (MV&A) Department
Ross Ferguson (Personal Safety Coordinator, High Secure Care) contacted us regarding a full refurbishment of their training room and we visited the site for an initial consultation and site survey. The contract was soon agreed and upon completion of the installation we received the following email - “The guys did a fantastic job, looks great!!! HM Prison Lincoln

The refurbishment of the physical training facilities at HM Prison Lincoln was an interesting installation. One elevation of the training room had four recessed windows which necessitated the manufacture of bespoke mats to provide the necessary protection and good aesthetic appearance. We had to remove the existing wall and floor mats and undertake a small amount of building work, but the finished installation of a blue floor with a red boarder and prison cell, with blue walls was not only functional but looked great.

HM Prison Glenochil, Scottish Prison Service

Glenochil Prison was undergoing a major refurbishment and they were creating a new training facility located on the first floor of a new extension to the building. Being a ‘new build’, the installation was relatively straight forward with the exception of one end wall that had a number of protruding pillars. Our fitters were able to undertake the joinery work to provide a flush surface for the matting installation, providing much better safety protection and a more aesthetically pleasing perspective that installing the mats around the pillars.
