Advanced Foam Profiling Capabilities

Always looking to innovate, the company has recently added to its impressive in-house capabilities with the arrival of a new foam profiling machine. The machine can profile foam slabs of thicknesses between 25mm and 152mm, creating humps, zig-zag depressions or cone structures using a range of foams including high density memory foams.

The reformed, convoluted foam can then be fabricated into multi-purpose packs, providing robust cushioned protection to an array of products. The profiled nature of the foam lends itself perfectly to both absorbing & cushioning products which have awkwardly shaped profiles. In many instances this can reduce costs by helping avoid the requirement to design a bespoke pack for a specific product.
