As part of our continuous program of innovation in bespoke transit packaging, Suttons Performance Packaging has entered into an exclusive UK partnering agreement with Green Peas Solutions – the pioneers of inflatable, reusable and sustainable supply chain solutions.

Suttons will provide the bespoke packaging design and fabrication expertise for UK based businesses looking to incorporate the patented Air Pod units into their sustainable packaging initiatives. Air Pod represents one of the most environmentally friendly forms of packaging on the market today. Since Air Pod only contains 2% film and 98% air, packaging waste is significantly reduced and a multitude of cost savings can be achieved.

Together, we are developing innovative Air Pod applications for notebooks, netbooks, LCD-screens, iPads and iPod packaging - also for keyboards, mice, motherboards, disk drives and set top boxes etc.

With the Air Pod components available to us we can now offer packaging solutions with impressive protective qualities and clear environmental credentials, key factors driving decision making in many businesses. We envisage a typical design development process will take 2 to 3 weeks.
